For the design of the posters, we have created a sample (poster-example file). Please prepare your poster accordingly (please use the same font type, same font size with the template for the title part).
You can either use the jpg or psd version of poster-template files as a template for your own poster.
Please add your abstract number to the title (this number will be used to place your posters on the exhibition boards)
Please add contact Information at the bottom of the poster (Name, Surname and e-mail of the corresponding author)
Please choose a readable font size and high-quality images for your poster content (considering the size of the hardcopy)

Poster Printing::

Presenter Authors are asked print-out their posters and bring the hardcopy with them,
AND send the digital version to us (info@worldneolithiccongress.org) before October 27^th 2024, they will be used to organise the location of each poster on the board.
Local Printing Option: For the colleagues who may need, the local printing company has been arranged. The authors who want to print their posters in Şanlıurfa are asked to send the PDF version of their posters to this mail; (urfaozalit@gmail.com) and also please CC us to the mail (info@worldneolithiccongress.org), before the November 2^nd 2024. The posters will be printed before you arrive and will be brought to the Congress Hall in the first morning of the Congress, November 4^th. Authors will pay the printing cost to the printing company either by bank transfer or in cash
(while delivering the hard copy).

Hanging and Presenting Posters:

Presenter Authors are asked to hang their posters themselves to the board with their abstract numbers on it, after they complete their registration at the desk, on the first day of the Congress, November 4th 2024.
Presenter Authors will be asked to stand with, explain and discuss their posters on the scheduled sessions for posters.
The posters will be presented on: November 5^th and 7^th between 11:30-12:00.
